# Ember Simple Auth Token - Problems accessing custom token data

Hi all.

Sorry to post this here but I am having real trouble trying to get access to custom data in my JWT in Ember using “ember-simple-auth-token” ([https://github.com/jpadilla/ember-simple-auth-token](https://github.com/jpadilla/ember-simple-auth-token)), which is a authenticator/authorizer for the “ember-simple-auth” add-on.

I’ve posted an issue on the ember-simple-auth-token GitHub page but haven’t had a response in 5 days. If anyone would be kind enough to take a look here:
