In this [crude example](http://jsfiddle.net/amk221/dqf7qvzo/), you will notice that if you hover over **two** of the components (in quick succession) the tool tips fade in and out nicely.

This worked fine with Ember Release and Beta (1.12.0), However, with _Canary_ the CSS animation is triggered **again** ([Notice the flickering](http://jsfiddle.net/amk221/1ecd458q/))

Could anybody out there with more knowledge of Glimmer shed any insight?

Thanks

_Edit: Please don’t just suggest I use Liquid Fire_
