I had my directory structure setup using ember-cli:

```auto
app/
    components/
        gear-menu.js
    pods/
    templates/
        components/
            gear-menu.hbs
        icon-gear.hbs
```

In `gear-menu.js` I have:

```auto
import Ember from 'ember';
export default Ember.Component.extend({
  classNames: ['o-topbar-iconBtn'],
  showMenu: false,
  mouseEnter: function () {
    this.set('showMenu', true);
  },
  mouseLeave: function () {
    this.set('showMenu', false);
  }
});
```

In `gear-menu.hbs` I have:

```auto
{{#link-to 'settings' class='o-topbar-iconBtnLink'}}{{partial 'icon-gear'}}{{/link-to}}
<ul {{bind-attr class=':o-menu-box showMenu::hide'}}>
  <li class="o-menu-item">{{#link-to 'settings' class='o-menu-itemLink'}}Profile{{/link-to}}</li>
  <li class="o-menu-item">{{#link-to 'settings' class='o-menu-itemLink'}}Account{{/link-to}}</li>
  <li class="o-menu-item">{{#link-to 'settings' class='o-menu-itemLink'}}Sign Out{{/link-to}}</li>
</ul>
```

In my gear-menu test I have (note I’m using ember mocha for test):

```auto
/* jshint expr:true */
import {
  describeComponent,
  it
} from 'ember-mocha';
import resolver from '../../helpers/resolver';
describeComponent( 'gear-menu', 'GearMenuComponent', {}, function() {
  it('renders', function() {
    // creates the component instance
    var component = this.subject();
    expect(component._state).to.equal('preRender');
    // renders the component on the page
    this.render();
    expect(component._state).to.equal('inDOM');
  });
});
```

But I got:

```auto
not ok 19 PhantomJS 1.9 - GearMenuComponent renders
Everything works just what I wanted in browser, but in test it won’t find the partial. Anyone has any idea?
I am on ember 1.8.1 and ember cli 0.1.12
