I’m looking for a coder to help build a platform / web based app through ember.js

Based on your title, it sounds like you’re looking for someone willing to take a chance on your startup. Recruiting people for that is a lot like dating: you really need to get to know them and build up credibility and find a good match.

If you can attend some local meetups, that’s one way good way to get started. If you can come and network at EmberConf, even better.
