TodoMVC-based Getting Started Guide

Hey all, I’ve been working on an Ember.js Getting Started Guide for the site. I settled on TodoMVC as the sample application for this app. As a super tiny app TodoMVC isn’t a great example of the full power of Ember.js, but I didn’t want to create a brand new application and make people both learn the ins and outs of this app and how Ember.js works.
