Model Lifecycle Documentaiton Removed but not deprecated?

Just a few weeks ago there was a nice explanation of the model lifecycle and the hooks for registering events based on didUpdate, didCreate becameError etc. I really enjoyed this level of control and the functionality still works in my app with the ember-data upgrade. I would like to know if the documentation is merely being updated, or if we are discouraged from using the lifecycle hooks. As you can see the page returns a 404, luckily I had a cached version handy :wink:
