Adding chaining to Filtered Record Arrays

This discussion is related to this ember-data PR where I wanted to create the idea of “Chaining” the filter function used with a Record Array for child routes.

IgorT suggested that we open up the discussion of the API here, I’m happy to take another crack at it once we figure out a good way to tackle it.

At an abstract level I don’t see why you need a separate chain function, and can’t just implement filter on a record array. I feel like @hjdivad might have useful expertise here, re composed array computeds.
