Getting Ember to work with Sails.js not returning a valid JSON api document

Hello there!

I’m new to the Ember and Sails scene and I’m running into the issue where Sails.js isn’t returning a valid JSON api document. I figured that some of you might have ran into this problem and know a solution or point me in the right direction of getting everything to pair together nicely.
