What is the conceptual difference between EmberJS and SproutCore? What chnaged and what that remains the same? p.s.read on the site that the idea is to build large ‘web applications that are competitive with native apps’ , so is it a step towards secnha/qooxdoo?
If I understand correctly, the main difference is that SproutCore is (or was) more aimed at making native-feeling apps in the browser. For example, the interface of iCloud.com was built with SproutCore. Ember.js is aimed at creating web applications in general, e.g. something like the Twitter.com interface.
